Essential Services – Update for Supermarket & Food Distribution Centers
The FONKO Refrigeration Service Department will remain operational as a essential service to all Supermarkets and Food distribution Customers supplying the community during the lock down period.
Our Engineers will be operating from home and will be dispatched when required. All operational / management functions have been relocated to staff homes where we will be able to receive calls and assign engineers as per our normal operational systems.
0800 23 6656 is still the number to call should you have any need for our essential services. The after hours process remains unchanged, meaning that we will be available 24/7 for repairs and maintenance to essential services.
For the safety of our Residential team and the public, FONKO’s Residential Installation and Service Division is deemed non-essential and will remain closed during the lockout period.
