Remembering Dejan – Founder FONKO NZ

It is with heavy hearts that we advise on the passing of FONKO New Zealand’s Founder – Dejan Cvetkovski after a brave and prolonged battle with illness.
A Judge in his home land of Macedonia, Dejan moved his family to New Zealand to create a safe and stable life for his 3 sons where they started FONKO in Beachhaven, Auckland. Dejan, Boris and Stret established FONKO as the leading residential heat-pump installation company in the greater Auckland Area before retiring and selling the business in 2012. Boris is still a valued member of the Senior Management Group.
We will remember Dejan for his infectious smile, his immense pride in his 3 boys and satisfaction of what FONKO has grown to become. Something that would have never been possible without Dejan’s bravery and foresight to move to an unknown country and set up a family business in a field that was totally foreign to him.
Dejan is survived by Zorica, Boris, Stret & Nino – Daughter-in-laws, Natalie & Olivia & Granddaughter Mia.

Dejan will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
